SCHOOL RULES OF CONDUCT & DISCIPLINE

  • Enrollment in B.B.S. School implies on the part of pupils and parents a willingness to comply with the requirements of the school.
  • Pupils are expected to come to school daily in clean uniforms with clean socks and polished shoes. Personal hygiene and cleanliness should be laid stress on. Girls should tie their hair properly and long hair should plaited neatly with black ribbons. The childre n who come to school in a slovenly condition will be excluded from class or sent home. If a child continues to offend in this respect that may be said/directed to leave the school.
  • Every Pupil attending school is expected to take part in all school activities.
  • No pupil may leave the school premises without the permission of the Principal. Parents will apply in writing if children are required at home during school hours and children may be allowed to go home only if accompanied by parents.
  • Pupils who have been absent from class must have the reason entered in the leave record stating briefly the cause of the absence or delay.
  • Pupils are responsible for the safe custody of their books and belonging by having them neatly labelled. They will not wear any golden ornaments or trinkets in school.
  • Promotions are granted on the basis of the whole year’s work. The Annual Examination is meant to confirm the result of the whole year’s performance. The decision of the school authorities with regard to promotion is final.
  • Irregular attendance, missing classes, unjustified or unexplained absence, habitual idleness, disobedience or objectionable moral behaviour justifies dismissal.
  • The Principal has the right to suspend any pupil without stating any reason, provided she is satisfied that such a step is necessary in the interest of the school or the child.
  • All the pupils of English Medium are expected to speak in English in the school so that they could be able to express themselves better in written or oral work.
  • Identity Card issued from school, should compulsorily be secured on the shirt /sweater every day. Lost card will be replaced on payments of ₹25/-.
  • Guardians are welcome to give their suggestions or complaints in writing.
  • Home work is to be recorded daily. Parents should ensure that the child has completed the home work for the next day.
  • School fees must be paid by the 15th of every month. ₹50/- will be fined as late payment. Fees not deposited by the 30th of the same month without satisfactory written cause will be considered as a major default liable for deletion of the child’s name from the school.
